Micro dosing and weighing station

The micro component dosing station (MKAB) is designed to store, accurately measure, and dose essential ingredients such as vitamins, additives, and trace elements according to your recipe. The MKAB is a modular, high-precision dosing and measuring block that can be easily expanded in units of eight. It includes 8 stainless steel bins of 600 liters or 1000 liters integrated into a mild steel frame, a weighing tank, load cells, dosing screws, a stirring mechanism, pneumatic anti-spillage system, impact cylinder, barcode-controlled bin top opening, an electrical control cabinet with a frequency converter, PLC control, and a mobile filling unit equipped with dust extraction.
